EB-5 Regional Center Program: Your Path to U.S. Residency Through Investment

The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program provides a pathway to permanent U.S. residency for eligible investors and their families. The program requires a minimum investment in a new commercial enterprise that creates or preserves at least 10 full-time jobs for U.S. workers. Regional Centers offer a structured way to participate in the program with reduced personal involvement in day-to-day business operations.

Each fiscal year, up to 10,000 EB-5 visas are available, with set-asides for investments in targeted employment areas (TEAs), rural areas, and infrastructure projects.

To Qualify for EB-5 Through a Regional Center, You Must:

(1) Invest a minimum of $800,000 in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) project, or $1,050,000 in a standard project;

(2) Demonstrate that the capital is lawfully sourced and at risk for the purpose of generating a return and creating U.S. jobs;

(3) Create or preserve at least 10 full-time jobs for U.S. workers within two years of investment.

The EB-5 visa grants conditional permanent residence for two years, after which investors may apply to remove conditions by showing job creation and capital investment compliance. Spouses and unmarried children under 21 may also apply for green cards as derivative applicants.
